This change allows our ui libraries to be built separately. It is therefore to utilize different build tools for individual projects, as well as using build caches for the local build.

We unified syntax highlighting and extracted it into a low level module. Syntax highlighting from now on takes place in a web worker, so that the user interface stays responsive. The web worker stops automatically if the number of nodes which should be highlighted exceeds the defined limit we believe the browser can handle.

This commit introduces a new more relaxed theme, the dark theme!
In addition, the theme can now be selected according to the system defaults.
And the other themes, as well as the general structure were unified/simplified.

Implement initial focus for modals. Change all modals including forms to put initial focus on the first input. When Enter is pressed on any input (CTRL + Enter for Textareas), the form is submitted if it is valid.

Update Gradle to 7.3. in order to profit from the performance improvement and to prepare for dependency lockfiles. Due to the upgrade to 7.x we had to use a license plugin which supports Gradle 7.
Update webpack in the following components to version 5:
ui-styles (StyleGuide)
ui-components (Storybook)
ui-scripts (gradle run/build)
This change will also fix a circular dependency between ui-api and ui-components.

Add an experimental high contrast color theme to SCM-Manager. The high contrast mode uses a dark background and color with a high contrast for a better accessibility.
The change adds the theme to ui-styles and theme switcher to the storybook of ui-components.
Currently we only have the option to adjust rendering of the markdown output, but no option to change the generated ast tree before rendering takes place (i.e. to adjust the structure like when replacing text with links). This PR adds a new api to create ast plugins that can be integrated with the markdown view component. This is intended to be backwards-compatible and work independently from the underlying implementation.

This Improves the frontend performance with stale while
revalidate pattern.
There are noticeable performance problems in the frontend that
needed addressing. While implementing the stale-while-revalidate
pattern to display cached responses while re-fetching up-to-date
data in the background, in the same vein we used the opportunity
to remove legacy code involving redux as much as possible,
cleaned up many components and converted them to functional
react components.
