- Sort repositories alphanumerically case insensitive per namespace
- Make the namespaces collapsible and store the collapsed state in local storage

Move repository overview extension to avoid waiting for repositories. Also improve the extension points api to allow predicates without props.

We introduced a new accessible combobox component. This component is based on headless ui and made compatible with our components and forms. Also we replaced the outdated `Autocomplete` component with the new combobox.

We recently introduced shortcut-based list navigation that ran into problems when the list contained items that were loaded asynchronously but had stand at the beginning of the list. As the system is based on render order, we had to introduce a new layer in-between the main iterator and the asynchronously loaded items. This new layer is called a "sub-iterator", which functions literally like the main iterator with the exception that it can also be used as an item of a parent-iterator. This allows for more complicated use-cases and the support of keyboard iterators around extension points. This pull request also fixes an unreleased regression where usages of the deprecated confirmAlert function caused a nullpointer exception.
A new api is introduced to allow focus-based list iteration through keyboard shortcuts. The api is initially considered closed and only used in the repository overview.

This adds the possibility to load files managed by lfs to the repository import of git repositories.

Adds a new button to repository settings to allow users to manually delete and re-create search indices. The actual re-indexing is happening in plugins that subscribe to the newly created event.

This pull request converts the current incomplete textual documentation of the available frontend extension points to in-code definitions that act both as documentation and as type helpers for improving overall code quality. All extension points available in the SCM-Manager core are now available, but no plugin was updated and only those parts of the core codebase had the new types added that did not require runtime changes. The only exception to this is the breadcrumbs, which was a simple change that is fully backwards-compatible.
This commit introduces a new more relaxed theme, the dark theme!
In addition, the theme can now be selected according to the system defaults.
And the other themes, as well as the general structure were unified/simplified.

Enable breaking of content to be fully available on small screens or highly zoomed displays. This should help improve accessibility.

Implement initial focus for modals. Change all modals including forms to put initial focus on the first input. When Enter is pressed on any input (CTRL + Enter for Textareas), the form is submitted if it is valid.

Changes the "namespace" input in the repository creation form or the "rename repository" dialog to an
autocomplete input. Of course this is only available for the "custom" namespace strategy.
The landing-page-plugin is being reworked and integrated into the repository overview. This requires new extension points and slightly adjusted components to better match the repository overview page visually. Also, binder options can now be passed as an object which offer a new priority option that causes sorting in descending order.
Use Bulma helpers whenever possible instead of custom styled components.
This pull request replaces primarily color definitions, spacing and flex instructions.
Change repository overview layout to use single rows instead cards. Also remove quick links and add clone action to repository entry. The default repository link now leads to the sources view.

When initially implementing react-query, we focussed on core features. This pull request now replaces the remaining apiClient usages in ui-components and ui-webapp with react-query hooks.
Allow all UTF-8 characters except URL identifiers as user and group names and for namespaces.

With the introduction of react-query, it looks like the indexResources attribute of the repository initialization extension properties lost its collection links, which was replaces by _links. In this fix we copy this collection, so that the template plugin still can use links.
Fixes#1593
Add option to encrypt repository exports with a password and add possibility to decrypt them on repository import. Also make the repository export asynchronous. This implies that the repository export will be created on the server and can be downloaded multiple times. The repository export will be deleted automatically 10 days after creation.
This Improves the frontend performance with stale while
revalidate pattern.
There are noticeable performance problems in the frontend that
needed addressing. While implementing the stale-while-revalidate
pattern to display cached responses while re-fetching up-to-date
data in the background, in the same vein we used the opportunity
to remove legacy code involving redux as much as possible,
cleaned up many components and converted them to functional
react components.

* Add store exporter to collect the repository metadata
* Add EnvironmentInformationXmlGenerator
* Collect export data and put into compressed tar archive output stream
* Create full repository export endpoint.
* Add full repository export to ui
* Ignore irrelevant files from config store directory
* write metadata stores to file since a baos could teardown the server memory
* Migrate store name for git lfs files (#1504)
Changes the directory name for the git LFS blob store by
removing the repository id from the store name.
This is necessary for im- and exports of lfs blob stores,
because the original name had the repository id as a part
of it and therefore the old store would not be found when
the repository is imported with another id.
Existing blob files will be moved to the new store location
by an update step.

* Introduce util for migrations (#1505)
With this util it is more simple to rename
or delete stores.
* Rename files in export

The RepositoryForm is called within the creation and editing of a repository. It contains a validator, which is supposed to check, among other things, whether the namespace and name were specified when the repository is created. This information is missing in the edit mode. I therefore initially set valid.namespaceAndName to true. It is changed to false again before the creation mask becomes active.
