chore: remove deprecated getObject routes [breaking]

`/api/post/pid/:pid`, `/api/topic/tid/:tid`, `/api/category/cid/:cid` have now been removed in favour of routes in the Write API (`/api/v3/(posts|topics|categories)/:id`)
