d2fc85741b fix(ftp): add idempotent custom_quota columns on users table 
- CPScripts/ensure_ftp_users_quota_columns.py checks information_schema and
  ALTER TABLE users ADD COLUMN for custom_quota_enabled and custom_quota_size
  when missing (fixes MySQL 1054 on FTP account creation).
- deploy-ftp-users-custom-quota-columns.sh copies script to CyberCP and runs
  repair; restarts lscpd when active.
- upgrade_modules/10_post_tweak.sh runs the repair after upgrade sync.

b63317b7af Install/upgrade and UI updates: monolithic install, SnappyMail, firewall, to-do docs 
- Install: monolithic install script, venvsetup_modules and venvsetup_monolithic,
  install_modules (parse_main, menus, actions, etc.), remove legacy email-configs
  and php-configs from repo, add install/snappymail and Rainloop->SnappyMail
  migration script
- CyberPanel: urls.py, cyberpanel.sh, cyberpanel_upgrade_monolithic.sh tweaks
- Firewall: firewall.js and firewall.html updates
- plogical: mailUtilities.py, upgrade.py; upgrade_modules 10_post_tweak.sh
- pluginHolder: deploy-plugins-template.sh
- to-do: docs (git conflicts, HTTP 500 recovery, phpMyAdmin, plugins, SnappyMail

- cyberpanel.sh: Add Ubuntu 24.04 detection, update supported-OS message
- simple_install.sh: Add Ubuntu 24.04, AlmaLinux 10; use dnf for Alma 8
- cyberpanel_utility.sh: Add Ubuntu 24.04 to OS detection and supported list
- CPScripts/mailscanner*.sh: Add Ubuntu 24.04, AlmaLinux 9/10 to supported list
- serverStatus/views.py: Prefer dnf.conf for package locks on dnf-based systems
- README.md: Recommend AlmaLinux; add aarch64 note
- Remove .DS_Store from repo

fd6eb8895c Update repository URLs to use secure HTTPS links 
- Changed repository URLs in the CyberPanel upgrade script and related installation scripts to use HTTPS for improved security.
- Updated the `mailscannerinstaller.sh` and `spamassassin_tojunk_installer.sh` scripts to reflect the new secure URLs.
- Modified the `install.py` script to include an additional parameter in the `update_settings_file` method for better password management.
