Changed requirement-check-dialog

Browse Source 
I have changed the function "requirement-check" to "requirement-check-dialog+wmctrl", because with the package wmctrl we can maximize the window of the terminal.
So I have solved this issue "https://github.com/cryinkfly/Fusion-360---Linux-Wine-Version-/issues/56"automatically !
